Please note that when paying with Visa or Master Card, you will be charged in your local Nordic currency (SEK, NOK, DKK or Euro) with an administrative currency exchange supplement of 2,45%. Deposit

When a reservation is made we send you a booking confirmation by e-mail. The space is confirmed by deposit payment at the time of your booking.

The deposit is NOT refundable but can be transferred as follows:

  • You make a new booking within the same season or calendar year
  • You can find a replacement for your reservation (name change)

NOTE! If you change or cancel your booking you will be charged a fee, please see below.

 

Final payment

16 weeks before departure the final payment letter is sent out. 14 weeks before departure the balance is to be paid.

12 weeks before departure, Final payment becomes NON-refundable, but can be transferred as follows:

  • You make a new booking within the same season or calendar year
  • You can find a replacement for your reservation (name change)

NOTE: Once a CMH space is booked and fully paid it becomes non-refundable if it is cancelled 10 weeks or later prior to the trip. However these funds can be converted into a credit for skiing or hiking (CMH Summer Adventures) on another trip with CMH during the same calendar year. This means that the funds can be used for a trip with CMH to the same price or a less expensive and only used for the price of the trip. The credit can also be used for a more expensive trip, but any difference in price will have to be paid by the guest.
The credit can not be used for helicopter lifts, shop, bar, massage or future deposits, nor can it be returned as cash. The credit can only be used for the guest who has booked, unless this person assigns the credit, in writing, to another ski guest who will then make a new booking with CMH during the same calendar year. The credit cannot be used for any existing booking.

We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance. Read more under insurance. If you make your final payment by credit card, check with your credit card company for alternate cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY / TRIP CHANGE POLICY
In order to deliver a safe, exceptional Heli-Skiing experience for you, our guests, we must incur substantial expenses and make many commitments long before the start of your trip. Therefore please pay careful attention to the CMH cancellation policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance that will cover circumstances that would necessitate you having to cancel your trip with us.

If you cancel your trip more than 12 weeks prior to the trip start date, you have the following options:
1) Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the calendar year, less a $250 change fee (if final payment has been made, it is refundable).
2) Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties.

If you cancel your trip 12 weeks or less but more than 4 weeks prior to the trip start date (5-12 weeks), you have the following options:
1) Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the same winter season, less a $500 rebooking fee.
2) Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the calendar year, less a 20% rebooking fee.
3) Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties.

If you cancel your trip 4 weeks or less prior to the trip start date, you have the following options:
1) Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the same winter season, less a $1500 rebooking fee.
2) Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the same calendar year, less a 50% rebooking fee.
3) Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties.

Calendar year = January 1st, 2016 – December 31st, 2016
Winter season = December 1st, 2015 – May 7th, 2016

Bonus

Group Organizer:
If you organize a group of 10 or more skiers, you are entitled to a commission if the trip is booked on certain weeks where this program is available and under certain conditions.

Introducing a new guest to CMH:
If you have previously skied with CMH and introduce a first-time Heli-Skier to our programs, you qualify for a New Guest Credit. In order that the credit will apply, we require that you inform us about who this person is before the trip is paid for.
