Please note: When paying with credit card an administrative fee of 2,45% will be charged. With Visa or MasterCard you will be charged in your local currency (SEK, NOK, DKK or Euro), with Amex you will be charged in SEK. For wire transfers the payer is responsible for all banking fees (both payer and receiver fees).

Deposit

When a reservation is made we send you a booking confirmation by e-mail. The space is confirmed by deposit payment at the time of your booking. The deposit is NOT refundable but can be transferred as follows:

  • You make a new booking within the same season or calendar year
  • You can find a replacement for your reservation (name change)

NOTE! If you change or cancel your booking you will be charged a fee, please see below.  

 

Final payment

16 weeks before departure the final payment letter is sent out. 14 weeks before departure the balance is to be paid. 12 weeks before departure, Final payment becomes NON-refundable, but can be transferred as follows:

  • You make a new booking within the same season or calendar year
  • You can find a replacement for your reservation (name change)

NOTE: Once a CMH space is booked and fully paid it becomes non-refundable if it is cancelled 12 weeks or later prior to the trip. However these funds can be moved to another trip with CMH during the same calendar year. This means that the funds can be used for a trip with CMH to the same price or a less expensive and only used for the price of the trip. The funds can also be used for a more expensive trip, but any difference in price will have to be paid by the guest. The funds can not be used for helicopter lifts, shop, bar, massage or future deposits, nor can it be moved to another year. A fee will apply for any change.

CANCELLATION POLICY / TRIP CHANGE POLICY

2018-2019 Trip Date information
Calendar Year: January 1, 2019 – December 31, 2019
Winter Season: December 1, 2018 – May 10, 2019

2017-2018 Trip Date information
Calendar Year: January 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018
Winter Season: December 1, 2017 – May 11, 2018

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP MORE THAN 12 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TRIP START DATE, YOU CAN:
1 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the calendar year, less a $250 change fee (if final payment has been made, it is refundable less the deposit);
2 – Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties*.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP WITHIN 5-12 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TRIP START DATE, YOU CAN:
1 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the same winter season, less a $500 rebooking fee;
2 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the calendar year, less a 20% rebooking fee;
3 – Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties*.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP 4 WEEKS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE TRIP START DATE, YOU CAN:
1 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the same winter season, less a $1,500 rebooking fee;
2 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the same calendar year, less a 50% rebooking fee;
3 – Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties*.

*It is the responsibility of the guest, not CMH, to find a valid space replacement.

Private/Exclusive Trip Cancellation
Deposits are transferable to another private week, if available, within the same winter season only. The funds cannot be transferred to another season, bookings in other areas for non-private weeks, or to cover the final payment of another private group booking. Final payment is due 12 weeks prior to the trip and is non-refundable.

Non-Skier Cancellation Policy
If a non-skier cancels their trip, funds paid are non-refundable but fully transferable to any new skiing, hiking or non-skier booking according to the following policy:

12 weeks +: Transfer deposit to any new trip within the season or the following season; if final payment has been made, it is refundable less the deposit
12 weeks or less: Transfer full payment to any new trip within the season or the following season

Cancellation Policy note:
If you do not file an insurance claim and wish to use these cancelled funds, a new booking must be made with our CMH Sales Team by May 11th, 2018 for all cancelled bookings from the 2017-18 Season. After this date, all funds paid become non-transferable and will be taken as cancellation fees.

Bonus

Group Organizer: If you organize a group of 10 or more skiers, you are entitled to a commission if the trip is booked on certain weeks where this program is available and under certain conditions.

Introducing a new guest to CMH: If you have previously skied with CMH and introduce a first-time Heli-Skier to our programs, you qualify for a Referral Bonus. In order to apply the credit, we require that you inform us about who this person is, before the trip is paid for.
