Slutbetalning

16 veckor innan avresa skickas slutbetalningsbrev ut. Senast 14 veckor före avresa skall slutlikvid vara inbetald.

Slutbetalning blir EJ återbetalningsbar 12 veckor innan avresa men kan överlåtas enligt följande:

  • Du gör en ny bokning inom samma säsong eller kalenderår
  • Du hittar en ersättare för din bokning (namnändring)

OBS: När en CMH plats är bokad och slutbetald återbetalas inte beloppet om resan avbokas 12 veckor eller senare före avresa. Inbetalt belopp kan utnyttjas för en annan resa under samma kalenderår. Det innebär att krediten kan användas för en resa med CMH till samma pris eller lägre och gäller endast för betalning av resan. Innestående medel kan även utnyttjas för en dyrare resa men mellanskillnaden betalas då av gästen. Innestående medel kan inte användas för extra helikopter lyft, shop, bar, massage eller flyttas till ett annat år längre fram. En avgift tillkommer vid ombokning.

CMH HAS ADJUSTED THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021/22

For the winter 2021/22 season only, 20% deposits are refundable up until June 1, 2021.

To give you additional peace of mind, CMH has adjusted the 2021/22 booking and cancellation policy to include a refundable deposit for next winter’s Heli-Skiing season:

  • Deposits made for trips in the 2021/22 season are fully refundable up to June 1st, 2021
  • Between June 1, 2021 and the final payment due date, you may move your deposit, with no fees, to any trip in the following winter season (subject to our release dates for the 2022/23 season)
  • Final payment will not be collected 12 weeks prior to your trip, if one or more of the following conditions remain in place due to COVID-19: 
    • Canadian borders remain closed to non-essential travel from outside Canada
    • Travelers coming into Canada (and/or BC) are required to quarantine (self-isolate) for 14 days
    • Government-imposed travel restrictions that do not allow you to leave your country of residence.

For the 2021/22 winter season only, if the above restrictions are still in place, we will make the following changes to our Final Payment Policy.

  • The remaining 80% of your estimated trip cost will be due 8 weeks prior to your trip’s start date.
  • At 8 weeks prior to your trip start date, if the COVID-19 travel restrictions remain in place, your final payment due date will change to 4 weeks prior to your trip’s start date.
  • At 4 weeks prior to your trip date, if the COVID-19 travel restrictions remain in place, CMH will contact you to cancel your trip and discuss the following options: 
    • Move your full funds to a similar trip in the 2022/23 season, with no change fee.
    • Put your funds on account to be used for a new trip within 2 years.
    • Provide a full refund if the above options are not suitable for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021/22 TRIPS

2021-2022 Trip Date information

Calendar Year: January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022
Winter Season: December 1, 2021 – May 1, 2022

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP MORE THAN 12 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TRIP START DATE, YOU CAN:
1 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the calendar year, less a $250 change fee;
2 – Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties*.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP WITHIN 5-12 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TRIP START DATE, YOU CAN:
1 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the same winter season, less a $500 rebooking fee;
2 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the calendar year, less a 20% rebooking fee;
3 – Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties*.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP 4 WEEKS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE TRIP START DATE, YOU CAN:
1 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the same winter season, less a $1,500 rebooking fee;
2 – Transfer your funds paid to a new trip within the same calendar year, less a 50% rebooking fee;
3 – Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties*.

* Space Replacements: It is the responsibility of the guest, not CMH, to find a valid space replacement. For safety reasons, a valid space replacement is subject to the new guests’ weight and ski ability being appropriate for the program they are joining. Once our Guest Services team confirms a valid space replacement, the cancelled guest will incur no financial penalties and can apply funds to another trip with CMH or receive a refund. For cancellations made more than 12 weeks prior to the trip start date, the cancelled guest has 7 days to find a valid space replacement. For cancellations made within 12 weeks prior to the trip start date, the cancelled guest has 48 hours to find a valid space replacement.

Exclusive Trip Cancellation Policy
Should you have to cancel your space on this exclusive trip, any funds paid are deemed to be cancellation fees at the time of cancellation but can be transferred to a space replacement on the same trip. Once the space replacement has paid in full, we would be happy to offer a full refund. Funds are not transferrable to another CMH trip.

Private Trip Cancellation Policy
In the event of your whole group cancelling, you can move the deposit to a new private trip within the same winter season, subject to availability. If one individual on the trip cancels, the remaining group or cancelled guest is responsible for finding a space replacement. If a space replacement cannot be found, the remaining guests are financially responsible for the cancelled space. The funds cannot be transferred to another season, bookings in other areas for non-private weeks, or to cover the final payment of another private group booking. Final payment is due 18 weeks prior to the trip and is non-refundable.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP MORE THAN 18 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TRIP START DATE, YOU CAN:
1 – Transfer 50% of the deposit to any new private trip within the same season (if final payment has been made, it is refundable less the deposit)
2 – Unable to come at all: 100% of the deposit

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP WITHIN 5-18 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TRIP START DATE, YOU CAN:
1 -Transfer 50% of funds to any new private trip within the same winter season
2 – Unable to come at all: 100% of the total cost

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP 4 WEEKS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE TRIP START DATE, YOU CAN:
1 -Transfer 25% of funds to any new private trip within the same winter season
2 – Unable to come at all: 100% of the total cost
3 – Find a space replacement for the booking and incur no financial penalties*.

Winter Season: December 1, 2021 – May 1, 2022

Cancellation Policy note:
If you do not file an insurance claim and wish to use these cancelled funds, a new booking must be made by May 6th, 2022 for all cancelled bookings from the 2021-22 season. After this date, all funds paid become non-transferable and will be taken as cancellation fees.

Non-Skier Cancellation Policy
If a non-skier cancels their trip, funds paid are non-refundable but fully transferable to any new skiing, hiking or non-skier booking according to the following policy

12 weeks +:Transfer deposit to any new trip within the season or the following season; if final payment has been made, it is refundable less the deposit
12 weeks or less:Transfer full payment to any new trip within the season or the following season

WINTER BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

REGULAR TRIPS

By paying your deposit to confirm your space on a CMH Heli-Skiing, you are agreeing to our Booking Terms and Conditions below. As per your deposit confirmation, you have 48 hours from the time of your deposit to review the terms of booking after which date you will be deemed to have agreed to them and your deposit will become non-refundable in accordance with these terms.

Please read the following terms and conditions

  • All rates and deposits are in Canadian Funds, and that an allowance will be made for exchange if payment is in foreign currency. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Your initial deposit is equal to 20% of your total trip cost (the ‘Deposit’) for each trip that you are applying to book, and is non-refundable.
  • Full payments for all heli-skiing trips are due and payable twelve (12) weeks before the commencement date for all trips booked; and that in cases where these full payments are not received twelve (12) weeks ahead of time, CMH reserves the right to release these spaces and you will forfeit your Deposit. Further, that all payments for all heli-skiing trips are deemed Deposits for the purposes of the terms of this booking and are non-refundable.
  • In all cases of guest cancellation or change, the following conditions of our cancellation policy will apply:
    • All cancellations must be received by telephone at +46 (0)8 716 1190 or confirmed in writing by email to info@cmhnordic.com.
    • If you can find a replacement guest for the same booking (name change), you will incur no financial penalties. It is the responsibility of the guest, not CMH, to find a valid space replacement. For safety reasons, a valid space replacement is subject to the new guests’ weight and ski ability being appropriate for the program they are joining. For cancellations made more than 12 weeks prior to the trip start date, the cancelled guest has 7 days to find a valid space replacement. For cancellations made within 12 weeks prior to the trip start date, the cancelled guest has 48 hours to find a valid space replacement.
    • If cancellation is received more than twelve (12) weeks before the trip commencement and you cannot find a replacement for the trip booked, the deposit for a heli-skiing trip less $250 can be applied to a New Booking within the calendar year.
    • If cancellation is received less than twelve (12) but more than four (4) weeks before the trip commencement date and you cannot find a replacement for the trip booked, the following options apply:
      1. The total of all Deposits for a heli-skiing trip less $500 can be applied to a New Booking within the same Heli-Skiing Season as the original booking
      2. The total of all Deposits for a heli-skiing trip less 20% (the initial Deposit) can be applied to a New Booking within the calendar year
    • If cancellation is received less than four (4) weeks before the trip commencement date and you cannot find a replacement for the trip booked, the following options apply:
      1. The total of all Deposits for a heli-skiing trip less $1500 can be applied to a New Booking within the same Heli-Skiing Season as the original booking
      2. The total of all Deposits for a heli-skiing trip less 50% can be applied to a New Booking within the calendar year
    • Deposits cannot be transferred to any other winter season.
    • New Booking = a complete new reservation which is not associated to any existing booking
    • Calendar Year = January 1 through to December 31, including the Summer Adventure season
    • Heli-Skiing Season = December 1 through to May 15
    • Summer Adventure = June 15 through to September 30
  • If CMH cancels a trip due to a COVID-19 travel restriction, guests will have the following options:
    • Move full funds to the following season
    • Put funds on account to be used towards a new trip within 2 years, at which point they will be refunded if not applied to a new trip
    • Refund of funds paid, if above options are not suitable for the guest
  • Participation in any CMH Heli-Skiing trip is conditional on all members of the party completing our CMH Winter Waiver within 30 days of paying your initial Deposit, after which date CMH reserves the right to release your space and you will forfeit your Deposit.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to arrive at the CMH departure sites at the required times; and it is your responsibility for any extra costs incurred if a scheduled CMH Departure is missed. It is also your responsibility to ensure proper entry through Canadian Customs and Immigration if entering from outside Canada. Refunds of payments made will not be given in cases where entry into Canada has been denied.
  • Should events beyond the reasonable control of CMH, including but not limited to acts of God, disease, government regulation or advisory (including travel advisory warnings), terrorism or threats of terrorism as substantiated by governmental warnings or advisory notices, curtailment of transportation services or facilities which would materially affect attendees from attending, disaster, fire, earthquakes or extreme inclement weather (collectively referred to as ”occurrences”), making your trip commercially impracticable, impracticable to perform, illegal, or impossible to fully perform, CMH may cancel your trip and terminate your booking, upon written notification. In such circumstances, please refer to CMH’s cancellation policy for more information on how we’ll handle your deposit and payment. CMH and CMH Nordic will not be liable for any liquidated damages, cancellation fees, rental charges, service charges, or any direct, consequential, compensatory, incidental damages or any other damages or amounts of any nature whatsoever.
  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

PRIVATE TRIPS

By paying your deposit to confirm your space on a CMH Heli-Skiing, you are agreeing to our Booking Terms and Conditions for Private Trips below. As mentioned in your deposit confirmation, you have 48 hours from the time of your deposit to review the terms of booking after which date you will be deemed to have agreed to them and your deposit will become non-refundable in accordance with these terms.

Please read the following terms and conditions

  • All rates and deposits are in Canadian Funds, and that an allowance will be made for exchange if payment is in foreign currency. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Your initial deposit is equal to 20% of your total trip cost (the ‘Deposit’) for each trip that you are applying to book, and is non-refundable.
  • Full payments for all heli-skiing trips are due and payable eighteen (18) weeks before the commencement date for all trips booked; and that in cases where these full payments are not received eighteen (18) weeks ahead of time, CMH reserves the right to release these spaces and you will forfeit your Deposit. Further, full payments for all heli-skiing trips are deemed as Deposits for the purposes of the terms of this booking and are non-refundable.
  • At time of final payment, eighteen (18) weeks before the commencement date for the trip booked, private groups will be required to advise CMH of their decision on the option of unlimited vertical metres/hours or limited vertical metres/hours.
  • As part of our continuing effort to enhance all aspects of the safety of our skiing and flight operations we are now managing the weight of our skiing groups and private groups are responsible for ensuring that guests joining the trip do not exceed the regulated maximum operable weight of the helicopter, as outlined in your booking documents.
    • If the weight of your group exceeds the maximum operable weight there will be impacts to your ski experience, such as not being able to land on certain runs, more frequent fuel flights due to the reduced amount of fuel we can carry and occasionally skiing runs without the second guide in the group when the total weight is excessive. In some cases we may be forced to split you into two flight groups to achieve an operable weight.
  • In all cases of guest cancellation or change, the following conditions of our cancellation policy will apply:
    • All cancellations must be received by telephone at +46 (0)8 716 1190 or confirmed in writing by email to info@cmhnordic.com.
    • If you can find a replacement guest for the same booking (name change), you will incur no financial penalties. It is the responsibility of the guest, not CMH, to find a valid space replacement. For safety reasons, a valid space replacement is subject to the new guests’ weight and ski ability being appropriate for the program they are joining.
    • If no space replacement is found and the remaining guests in the group travel on the scheduled CMH trip, the remaining guests will be responsible for the cost of the cancelled space.
    • If the entire group cancels, priority for the same trip in the following season will be forfeited.
    • If cancellation is received more than eighteen (18) weeks before the trip commencement date, the Deposit for a heli-skiing trip less 50% can be applied to a New Private Trip Booking within the same Heli-Skiing Season as the original booking.
    • If cancellation is received less than eighteen (18) but more than four (4) weeks before the trip commencement date, the total of all deposits for a heli-skiing trip less 50% can be applied to a New Private Trip Booking within the same Heli-Skiing Season as the original booking.
    • If cancellation is received less than four (4) weeks before the trip commencement date, the total of all deposits for a heli-skiing trip less 75% can be applied to a New Private Trip Booking within the same Heli-Skiing Season as the original booking.
    • If your group is unable to come at all on a new trip within the same Heli-Skiing Season, the Deposits paid are non-refundable
    • Deposits cannot be transferred to any other winter season.
    • New Private Trip Booking = a complete new reservation which is not associated to any existing booking
    • Heli-Skiing Season = December 1 through to May 15
  • If CMH cancels a trip due to a COVID-19 travel restriction, guests will have the following options:
    • Move full funds to the following season
    • Put funds on account to be used towards a new trip within 2 years, at which point they will be refunded if not applied to a new trip
    • Refund of funds paid, if above options are not suitable for the guest
  • Participation in any CMH Heli-Skiing trip is conditional on all members of the party completing our CMH Winter Waiver within 30 days of paying your initial Deposit, after which date CMH reserves the right to release your space and you will forfeit your Deposit.

As mentioned in your deposit confirmation, you have 48 hours from the time of your deposit to review the terms of booking after which date you will be deemed to have agreed to them and your deposit will become non-refundable in accordance with these terms.

  • All rates and deposits are in Canadian Funds, and that an allowance will be made for exchange if payment is in foreign currency. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Your initial deposit is equal to 20% of your total trip cost (the ‘Deposit’) for each trip that you are applying to book, and is non-refundable.
  • Full payments for all guests are due and payable twelve (12) weeks before the commencement date for all trips booked; and that in cases where these full payments are not received twelve (12) weeks ahead of time, CMH reserves the right to release these spaces and you will forfeit your Deposit. Further, that full payments for all heli-skiing trips are deemed as Deposits for the purposes of the terms of this booking and are non-refundable.

    • If you can find a replacement guest for the same booking (name change), you will incur no financial penalties. It is the responsibility of the guest, not CMH, to find a valid space replacement. For safety reasons, a valid space replacement is subject to the new guests’ weight and ski ability being appropriate for the program they are joining
  • If CMH cancels a trip due to a COVID-19 travel restriction, guests will have the following options:
    • Move full funds to the following season
    • Put funds on account to be used towards a new trip within 2 years, at which point they will be refunded if not applied to a new trip
    • Refund of funds paid, if above options are not suitable for the guest
  • Participation in any CMH Heli-Skiing trip is conditional on all members of the party completing our CMH Winter Waiver within 30 days of paying your initial Deposit, after which date CMH reserves the right to release your space and you will forfeit your Deposit.

As mentioned in your deposit confirmation, you have 48 hours from the time of your deposit to review the terms of booking after which date you will be deemed to have agreed to them and your deposit will become non-refundable in accordance with these terms.

Please read the following terms and conditions

  • All rates and deposits are in Canadian Funds, and that an allowance will be made for exchange if payment is in foreign currency. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Your initial deposit is equal to 20% of your total trip cost (the ‘Deposit’) for each trip that you are applying to book, and is non-refundable.
  • Full payments for all CMH trips booked as a non-skiing guest are due and payable twelve (12) weeks before the commencement date for all trips booked; in cases where these full payments are not received twelve (12) weeks ahead of time, CMH reserves the right to release these spaces and you will forfeit your Deposit. Further, that full payments for all heli-skiing trips are deemed as Deposits for the purposes of the terms of this booking and are non-refundable.
  • In all cases of guest cancellation or change, the following conditions of our cancellation policy will apply:
    • All cancellations must be received by telephone at +46 (0)8 716 1190 or confirmed in writing by email to info@cmhnordic.com.
    • For all cancellations of non-skiing spaces, the Deposits can be applied to a New Booking within the same Heli-Skiing Season, the next Summer Adventure season or the next Heli-Skiing Season.

  • If CMH cancels a trip due to a COVID-19 travel restriction, guests will have the following options:
    • Move full funds to the following season
    • Put funds on account to be used towards a new trip within 2 years, at which point they will be refunded if not applied to a new trip
    • Refund of funds paid, if above options are not suitable for the guest
