CMH representatives will welcome you at the CMH reception at the Kelowna Four Points Sheraton, where you will stay overnight and we will book a room for you. As a CMH guest you get a special price: single room CAD 149 + tax incl. breakfast, double room CAD 169 + tax incl. breakfast, which is paid at the hotel. 48 hour cancellation policy, later cancellation the guest\u00a0will be charged a fee. CMH bus to Gothics leaves Kelowna Four Points at 05:30 (PT) the next morning.<\/p>\n Departure<\/strong>:\u00a0CMH\u00a0transfer from Gothics at 6:30am (PT) arriving at Kelowna Airport at 10:45am (PT). Return flights are booked departing the same afternoon or the following day. If departing the same afternoon, return flights should not be booked earlier than 12:45 (PT), preferably later. The ticket is recommended to be rebookable. CMH or CMH Nordic is not responsible for any additional costs if you miss your flight. If return flights are booked earlier, special transfers to Kelowna can be arranged early in the morning. Overnight at the Four Points Sheraton for departure the day after the program ends.<\/p>\n Travel Documents<\/strong>: A valid passport and eTA visa are required for entry into Canada. The eTA approval is electronically linked to your passport and is valid for five years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first.
