Personal data
- your name or the name of your company/organization and contact information (address, phone number, e-mail address, geographical location) to identify and communicate with you
- medical information such as allergies, medical conditions, and any dietary restrictions that we need to be aware of when booking travel plans
- age and/or date of birth
- biometric data, as this information is necessary in connection with the program you have booked (for example, we may need gender, height, and weight to provide you with suitable rental equipment or to be able to place you properly in a group or program and for security reasons)
- status as parent or guardian of a minor guest, if applicable
- your personal preferences (e.g. preferred room type)
We do not save any personal information about you or your company/organization on our web server, except when you choose to contact us via the contact form on our website. If you contact us personally, by phone, by email, or mail, we save information in a separate customer database. In some cases, you may provide personal information about a family member or other person; by giving us personal information about someone other than yourself, you represent their consent to provide us with personal information for the purposes described in this policy.
Technical data
The companies that provide our customer database, newsletter solution, document management, email, booking, and billing have databases that contain personal information that are password protected. These companies have established a personal information agreement with Victor AB.
As far as visitor statistics on our sites are concerned, we only use Google Analytics; these data are now saved “forever”.
How long do we save your personal information?
Personal data and technical information that you have provided to Victor AB will be retained for as long as necessary for the services we provide. In terms of billing and accounting information, these are saved for at least as long as the law requires.
Partners
Victor AB cooperates with subcontractors for IT and web development. In some cases these companies have access to your personal data, and a personal data grant agreement is established before these partners gain access to the data. This is necessary in order to provide the services determined by Victor AB. They will follow safety regulations to protect your data.

Cookies
